Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of ForkFind (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or subscribing to ForkFind Premium, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

ForkFind is a curated food-travel guide. Free content is available to everyone. ForkFind Premium unlocks full-length itineraries and cross-country routes.

2. ForkFind Premium

ForkFind Premium is billed at USD 10 per year through Stripe. Your subscription starts as soon as payment is confirmed and automatically renews for another year at the same price on each anniversary unless you cancel before the renewal date. Renewal pricing may change, and we will notify you in advance if it does.

3. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from “Manage subscription” in your profile. Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep Premium access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Payments are non-refundable, including for partial or unused periods, except where required by law.

4. Content is informational, not advice

ForkFind content is curated travel guidance. It is not medical, dietary, nutritional or legal advice and should not be relied on as such. Always use your own judgement when travelling and eating.

5. Dietary tags and allergen disclaimer

Dietary tags (such as Vegan, Vegetarian, Jain, Halal, Kosher, gluten-free) are provided on a best-effort basis based on menus, public information and on-the-ground research at the time of writing. Menus, recipes, ingredients, cross-contamination risks and kitchen practices change without notice. If you have an allergy, intolerance, religious dietary requirement or other strict need, you must verify suitability directly with the restaurant before ordering. ForkFind is not responsible for reactions, illness or other harm arising from reliance on dietary tags or descriptions.

6. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Account data (email, saved places, diet preferences) is stored via Supabase — see our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Acceptable use and termination

Don’t misuse the service, scrape or resell our content, submit false information, or harass other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

8. Intellectual property

All content in ForkFind — itineraries, place descriptions, photos and design — is owned by ForkFind or licensed to us. You may use it for your personal travel planning, but you may not copy, redistribute or resell it without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForkFind is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for ForkFind Premium in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of ForkFind after changes means you accept the updated terms.
